Building internal brand ambassadors
Traditionally, brand ambassadors are those individuals who are paid to promote your product or service. They are paid to tell others how good your product or service is, get you to buy into the concept and choose that specific company as your provider. While using such brand ambassadors has its place and has worked extremely well for many organisations, how about making your own employees brand ambassadors?
