Founded in 2005, MANGO-OMC is based in Cape Town, with a satellite office in Durban and partner agencies in Johannesburg, Kenya, Nigeria and the DRC to service clients based around the country and abroad.

MANGO-OMC is currently the only South African agency selected to be accepted into the International Public Relations Network (IPRN). IPRN is an international network of independently owned and managed communications and public relations agencies. Currently we have more than 40 members in 28 countries with more than 80 offices in cities on five continents.
We have already completed a global project through the Network and we have access to world class owner-led agencies in over 25 countries, meaning we can implement a project anywhere on the globe.

Nicole Capper - Managing Director and Owner
Nicole Capper, owner of MANGO-OMC, believes in the ability of communications to support a wide range of business goals. Her background is in brand management with 10 years of PR-focused expertise. She is known for her razor-sharp strategic mind that allows her to get to the heart of an issue quickly and succinctly; while her innate understanding of the traditional and new media landscape has resulted in a strong network of long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. Sustainability and collaboration are what make her tick. Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities are how she gets things done. Nicole has successfully conceptualised and forged some of the most creative third party joint marketing alliances for MANGO-OMC’s clients.
Genevieve Cutts - Supporting Account Director
Genevieve has been in PR since 1996, kicking off her career at the renowned Market Theatre. She has worked extensively in the challenging and exciting worlds of both television and theatre – with one of the highlights being the creation of the in-house publicity team for SABC 3’s soapie, Isidingo.
Genevieve is driven by the desire to work with projects she can connect with and believe in and has developed and executed lifestyle, travel, food, media and sustainability brand campaigns – all with high-value results. She believes wholeheartedly in PR’s ability to shift mindsets and make a tangible difference in the world.
Vicki Scheffel - Partner Agency owner and creative director: Twyne
As the Executive Creative Director, Vicki is highly creative and has extensive experience in orchestrating brand related projects. Her firm, analytical proficiency allows her to always be one step ahead of current trends, ensuring constant strategic thinking and finely tuned problem-solving ingenuity. Her passion for philanthropy has manifested into leadership and mentorship skills, that continue to inspire tangible change within her community.

Adilia Joubert - Partner Agency Owner and Account Director, JHB
Adilia is our Partner Agency Owner and Account Director based in Johannesburg. She has been successfully running her own agency since 2006. She has over 15 years of experience in the PR industry and during this time she has worked across different industries giving her the opportunity to develop excellent media relationships in different sectors. Adilia has a strong command of the traditional media landscape and prides herself in seeing opportunities that may not be immediately apparent.
Listen Up and MANGO-OMC have been working together for over a year and have formalised their relationship to become partner agencies. This move was made easy as both companies and owners have similar beliefs in fostering long-term client relationships by showing dedication to understanding the client’s business and overall objectives and developing actionable strategies and executing them with measurable results. Adilia is a Chartered Public Relations Practitioner and registered with PRISA.
Naomi Willemse - Senior Account Manager
Naomi has been part of our team for almost five years. She is a UNISA BA Communications Science Degree graduate and has ten years of PR experience on a diverse range of sectors; from local government to NGO’s to lifestyle and consumer products. Naomi brings with her strong Afrikaans language skills, a passionate social conscience and a love for travel, spicy foods and photography. She believes that good communication, honesty and integrity are important to build strong and meaningful relationships. When not at work, she is a DIY queen and mother at home or out with her family.
Kerryn Lloyd - Digital Project Manager and Senior Account Manager
A technophile and poorly disguised geek. Kerryn comes from a Marketing, Brand Management and Corporate Communications background – with a passion for research, writing and all things digital. Kerryn is a certified Quirk Digital Marketer, and has experience in managing website developments, full digital marketing and social media strategies, PPC and online advertising campaigns. She believes that dedication, loyalty and open communication are the core ingredients for any relationship. Kerryn is extremely detailed, deadline driven, self-motivated and works well with just about anyone. Kerryn’s strengths lie in understanding the digital ecosystem and keeping on top of all of the latest digital developments, she always starts off projects with extensive research, has great organisational skills and has a flare for crafting effective communication and digital strategies.
Phumi Mdima - Account Executive
Phumi joins MANGO-OMC fresh out of a position focusing on social media strategy and implementation and is excited and ready to implement her integrated PR experience for our clients. With a Diploma in Public Relations from Varsity College, Phumi left Durban for the Mother City in 2014 to broaden her frame of reference. Tenacious and dynamic, Phumi believes that solid relationships with both clients and your team are the key to success and most importantly, that anything is possible with a smile.
